Make a Wish Hanna!

Today's card is for a challenge I do with a group of Fab/Sassy friends on SCS. As everyone in our group owns some if not all of the Hanna stamps released so far, it was decided that our challenge this week would be to create a card using any Hanna stamp.

I had already decided that I would use "Tis the Season" Hanna, but while I was browsing through my stamp catalog I have of the stamps I own ... I placed Hanna on a image of a cloud in my catty and an idea was born.

I am sure many of you have seen movies where angels (I presume) are placing stars in the sky ... this is what Hanna is doing here. By chance I also decided to use Julee's of Poetic Artistry's Mojo Monday #10 sketch challenge ... now I look at the finished piece the circle part of this card kind of looks like the moon or earth .... this wasn't really what I was thinking at the time I picked this sketch for this card ... but as it turned out it fits quite well.

Hanna's dress is paper pieced using the same DP as I used to create the circle in the bottom left hand corner.

Recipe: Stamps: Tis the Season - Hanna Stamps; Make a Wish Set - Gina K
Paper: Elegant Eggplant - Stampin' Up; White; Black; Skate Shoppe DP - Basic Grey
Other: Black Ink; Celeste Blue Impress Ink; Versamark Ink; Ticket Corner Punch; Creative Memories Circle Cutter; Purple Stitched Ribbon; Foam Tape
