It’s challenge time with the “Crazies” over on the Crazy 4 Challenges blog. Being a brand new month it is time to introduce a new challenge hostess which is me!!!
Yesterday was "Go Barefoot Day", so for our challenge this week include something on your card that is barefoot.
For my card this week I had to play with my new Lawn Fawn Reveal Wheel die set. I love interactive cards and this one is lots of fun. To decorate my card I used Waffle Flower Stamps Sandy Toes stamp set.
Here is a quick video showing my card in actions.
I made one mistake when I was stamping my sentiments onto the wheel. My sentiment is supposed to read ... Life is better with Beach, Sandy Toes, You. If you want something in a particular order you need to stamp the first sentiment and the next on the left so when you turn the wheel clockwise it shows up how you want it to appear. I didn't think of this so my wheel goes anti-clockwise, Not a massive big deal, but something to think about if you are making a card like this.
The beach ball on the lower right hand side of the card is from Karen Burniston's new Summer Charms die set, it was a little big for the card so I used another smaller circle die to cut it down a fraction.
For the inside of my card I added some more sand to the bottom of the card, another image from the stamp set which has bare feet and a sentiment.
