Hi everyone,
My card today uses the new Sizzix Balloons Step-Ups Card Framelits designed by Stephanie Barnard. This die set includes dies to create the Step-Ups Card which has balloons cut into the layers on the right of the card. It also includes various balloon dies and the birthday greeting.
Here is another view of my card so you can see the various layers of the card.
