Hi everybody,
It’s day 2 of the MFTeasers, in preparation of the release of the new stamp sets which are all due to be released by MFT Stamps this coming Wednesday 7th April.
Today the Design Team are featuring three of the new stamp sets that will be released, these include: “Millie the Mouse”, “Fred Bear Graduates” and “Fred Bear in Flight”. These are 2 brand new fun characters … I am sure you will love them.
My first card today uses the new “Millie the Mouse”, isn’t sure adorable!!!! Of course when I think of Mice I also think of cheese … not sure why cause they eat lots of other things besides that and cheese actually would be one of those hard to get things for them to eat seeing it is normally safe in the fridge hehe. Anyway I wanted to create the look of cheese somehow on my card so when I saw this SFYTT sketch challenge, I knew it would work perfectly for the look I wanted.
Here is the inside of my card … I used my Swiss cheese border punch to create the holes all around the edge of my card. I stamp “Millie the Mouse” again in the lower left hand corner and also the sentiment that is included with the set.
My second card today features the new “Fred Bear in Flight”, I am loving the new Fred Bear series, this one is perfect for the men in our lives. I cut the sentiment apart so I could get it to fit inside my star.
Here is the inside of my card using another of the sentiments that are included in the set.
Before you go .... don't forget this month's MFT Stamps Guest Designer Challenge. Challenge entries will be due Tuesday, April 6, by 10 pm EST. To be considered, upload to SCS using keyword: MFTGUESTDT0410. The winner will be announced in the release party thread on April 7th.
