It’s TIME for your birthday

DrWho1wm

Hi everyone,

My youngest daughter’s birthday was last week and I had to make her a card. As she loves Dr Who I decided I would go with a Dr Who theme this year. Which is just as well as when I mentioned her card she told me it should have the Tardis on it … phew!

As you can see I have created a pop up card using the Lorna Label Pop Up die set designed by Karen Burniston for Elizabeth Craft Designs.

If you look at my card you can see that I have created a Double Pop Up card having a pop up on the both sides of the card. To create this effect I placed the centre part of the die on the card when it was folded in half rather than open.

The Dr Who images are Digital Stamps I found online from Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbons. The sentiment at the top of the card I computer generated. The other two sentiments on my card are from an Owl stamp set … I thought the Whoo in the sentiment worked with the Dr Who theme.

Here is a side on view of my card so you can see the pop up on both sides of the card.

Here is the front of my card, apparently these are the Doctors 9, 10, 11.

Paper: White; Blue; Orange; Outer Space DP; Marigold Collection DP – Kaisercraft
Dies: Lorna Label Pop Up – designed by Karen Burniston for Elizabeth Craft Designs; Quotations – Paper Smooches; Triangle Border – Simon Says Stamps; Fishtail Flags – MFT Stamps
