Hello, Sending Smiles

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today I am sharing a Get Well themed Slimline Card.

For my card I used Trinity Stamps Slimline Doodle Garden stamp set. This stamp set included the Slimline sized floral background stamp, smile images to add to the flower centres if desired and sentiment stamps. I stamped the floral background and smiles onto white cardstock using black ink and then clear embossed the image. I then colored the flowers and background using Copic Markers.

I used aTrinity Stamps Slimline die set to die cut the floral background and then layered this to a black panel and then to a top folding white slimline card that measures 3.5 inches x 8.5 inches.

The "Hello" sentiment uses two dies from Trinity Stamps Slimline Envelope Die set and the "Sending Smiles is from the Doodle Garden stamp set.

I am always needing get well cards lately, so for the inside of the card I added two sentiments from Picket Fence Studios Ways to Say Get Well stamp set. This is my favorite get well stamp set now!

I added two flowers either side of the sentiment, using a flower image from Whimsy Stamps Hello Bear stamp set, of course seeing I had added smiles on the flowers on the front of the card I also added them to the flowers on the inside.
