Merry Mistletoe Slimline

 

Hi Crafty Friends,

There is only a few more days until Christmas and I am trying to use as many of my Christmas themed stamps/dies and foil plates as possible. Today I am sharing a Slimline card using Honey Bee Stamps Mistletoe Slimline Cover Plate.

To create my card I started with a white piece of cardstock, slightly bigger than the slimline die. I then blended Bundled Sage & Rustic Wilderness Distress Oxide inks onto the panel. Next I flicked gold paint all over the panel. Once this was dry I then used the Mistletoe Slimline Cover Plate die to die cut the panel. This panel was adhered to a piece of white glitter cardstock and adhered to a top folding Slimline card that measures 3 1/2 inches x 8 1/2 inches.

I added the "Merry" sentiment which is from Crafter's Companion's Merry Edgeablities die set. I also added the "Christmas" sentiment which from Spellbinders Christmas Holiday 2019 Glimmer Plate set using red foil.

I used Ruby Slippers Nuvo Drops to all the berries on the panel.

For the inside of the card, I repeated the process I did for the Mistletoe Slimline Cover Plate die, using only have a panel of cardstock. I adhered this to the bottom edge of my card.

I then stamped a Christmas sentiment to the centre of the card from The Ton's Easy Expressions Holiday stamp set.
